Powell Gets Life Without Parole in Jennifer Katz Murder

For those of us who have been on the story, read and observed and most especially for friends and family of Jennifer Katz, there was an aspect of closure today as Reginald Powell was sentenced to life in prison for her murder in her Mamaroneck home in December, 2010.
