Police: Bike, Phone Reported Stolen; Cops Called on Panhandler

A resident reported her 15-year-old son's bicycle was stolen on Sept. 8 at 6:48 p.m. Police transported a man who was reported for begging for money on Milton Road and Oakland Beach Avenue on Sept. 9 at 11:11 a.m. to the Mamaroneck line where he was to take a bus to the Bronx.
