Section 1 hockey tourney: Suffern, Pelham earn top seeds

History is repeating itself. For the fifth year in a row, Suffern is heading into the Section 1 tournament with the top seed in Division I. The Mounties have won four straight titles but encountered a couple of setbacks coming down the stretch this season, losing to Scarsdale and tying Mamaroneck.
