A 48-year-old Mount Vernon man has been charged in connection with the March 11 burglary at Village Deli, 1023 West Boston Post Road in Mamaroneck. Carl Spasoff also was arrested on March 12 by Greenburgh police shortly after burglaries of a Scarsdale wine store and the Romantic Depot in Elmsford.
