Wind advisory until 6 p.m.; gusts causing power outages

Heavy winds have caused power outages throughout Westchester County. As of 9:30 a.m., 250 customers were without power, including 84 in Harrison and 100 in Mamaroneck, said Chris Olert, a spokesman for Con Edison.
