Army Corps Recommends $59 Million Flood Plan for Mamaroneck

New York Sen. Chuck Schumer was in Mamaroneck Thursday, telling many of us what we already know: that Mamaroneck is particularly susceptible to flooding and, as extreme weather events have become more frequent, it is important to move forward on a plan to mitigate the risk of future flooding and make the community more resilient.
