The Larchmont-Mamaroneck Local Summit invites residents to join a discussion about affordable housing, featuring Westchester County Legislator Catherine Parker and Rose Noonan, executive director of the Housing Action Council, from 7:45 a.m. to 9 a.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 18 at the Nautilus Diner. Current projects: the 51-unit Pinebrook Condominium now under construction on Palmer Avenue in Larchmont, of which five units will be designated as "workforce housing apartments."
