Rabbi denies posing as cop; 2nd alleged victim comes forward

Flashing a badge doesn't necessarily mean you're a cop. So claims Rabbi Alfredo Borodowski, who told investigators he never identified himself as a police officer even as he displayed a badge and yelled at a female driver because she was driving too slowly, according to a Mamaroneck police report obtained by The Journal News.
