Spirits soar with kites over New Rochelle

A slight breeze from the Long Island Sound blew steadily enough that long-time kite flier Eliezer Astrinsky, 72, of Mamaroneck, had no problem keeping his neon orange triangle in the skies above Davenport Park Saturday.
