With hard hats in place and shovels in hand, local officials helped Sean and Chris Murphy break ground for their latest venture, Mamaroneck Self-Storage. Responding to a community need for additional storage space due to the buying and selling of homes, downsizing and the cost of office space, Mamaroneck Self-Storage is a state-of-the-art 40,000-square-foot self-storage facility in the village of Mamaroneck, convenient to and from any part of the county.
