Topping the news in Mamaroneck last week was the arrest of a Connecticut motorist in Scarsdale who police said was found drunk and asleep in his car in the bushes of a Stratton Road home. A Connecticut motorist, Vitaly Polikoff, 59, was arrested in Scarsdale over the weekend when police said they found him drunk and asleep in his car, which was resting in the bushes on the lawn of a Stratton Road home.
