Rye 3rd Best Small City in NY State: Survey Says

Real estate Movoto, who last time said Rye City was the "2nd hardest working" in New York , now says we are the 3rd best smallest city out of a group of 178. We were beaten by Tarrytown and Mamaroneck, which makes one question the survey in the first place... The survey looked atall places in New York between 60,000 and 10,000 people in size, and collected data in the following criteria: amenities per capita; quality of life ; total crimes; tax rates ; unemployment; commute time and weather .
