The architecture firm of Keller/Eaton Architects has just won the HOBI Award for Best Out of State Custom Home for 2014, sponsored by the HBRA of Connecticut, Inc. The winning home is a custom designed new home located in Rye, New York, on a two acre parcel on Long Island Sound. The contractors were Murphy Brothers Inc. The new owners wanted a two story open floor plan with an exterior that would be in harmony with the natural environment that surrounds the home.
