The City of White Plains will stage its 11th annual New Years Eve Ball-Drop at the junction of Main Street and Mamaroneck Avenue Wednesday night. Festivities begin approximately 10 P.M. with the Drop descending at midnight to say goodbye to 2014 and celebrate the New Year 2015.
