Mount Kisco, Mamaroneck Named Communities 'On the Rise' by NerdWallet

Mount Kisco and Mamaroneck were named the seventh and 14th communities considered "on the rise" in New York, according to a recent survey conducted by the financial website NerdWallet . To come up with the list of the top 20 in the state, the site's Kamran Rosen wrote that they analyzed three things, "growth of the working-age population, employment and income from 2009 to 2012."
