Mammaroneck Ready As Tougher Laws On Recycling Electronics Take Effect

MAMARONECK, N.Y. The New York State Electronic Equipment Recycling and Reuse Act takes effect on New Year's Day, with mandates enforced through the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation , to ensure the proper disposal of electronic waste through recycling, not through the garbage.
