Larchmont Volunteer Ambulance Corps Raises $6K for Suicide Prevention Group

Thirty Six team members from "Team Larchmont VAC" raised more than $6,000 for the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention as part of the Foundation's "Out of the Darkness" Suicide Prevention Walk this past Sunday, October 5. The team walked three miles down around Mamaroneck's Harbor Island Park to raise awareness and funds in support of the AFSP mission. Walkers on the team included volunteer EMS members from Larchmont VAC, other local emergency services organizations, as well as friends and family.
