Mamaroneck Teens Help Raise Money For Veterans' Home

BRONXVILLE, N.Y. Dozens of local teenagers got into the giving spirit this month, raising money for the Habitat for Humanity of Westchester to help build a home for a family of veterans in need. Teens from Yonkers, Eastchester, Mount Vernon and other Westchester County municipalities have been busy raising more than $5,000 in donations, which will be used to create a "welcome home" house for a pair of veterans that met overseas while serving their country.
