Brooklyn-based A-1 Construction & Renovation is suing the Mamaroneck School District for wrongful termination of its contract based on the grounds the company was discriminated against, according to The Journal News . The company is owned by Pakistani native Rana Usmani, and it was hired last year to do extensive stair and other work at Murray Avenue School for more than $550,000.
