Mount Vernon Man, Mamaroneck Teacher Charged With Having Child Porn

Lyle Kamlet, 62, is charged with one count of receiving child pornography, which carries a mandatory minimum sentence of five years in prison and a maximum sentence of 20 years in prison, and one count of possessing child pornography, which carries a maximum sentence of 10 years in prison. Both counts also carry a maximum fine of $250,000 or twice the gross gain or loss from the offense.
