'Train' Author To Speak At Jewish Center In Mamaroneck

Dr. Danny M. Cohen, author of "Train," a Holocaust novel inspired by hidden histories of victims of Nazi persecution, will read and sign his new novel Sunday at 1 p.m. at the Westchester Jewish Center, 175 Rockland Ave. The book is set in Berlin in 1943, when six teenagers witness and try to escape the Nazi roundups. According to the author, "Train" gives voice to the many unheard victims of Nazi persecution: Roma, homosexuals, disabled, intermarried Jews and political enemies of the regime.
