Mamaroneck Man Arrested In Scarsdale On DWI Charges

SCARSDALE, N.Y. The Scarsdale Police Department was busy over the weekend, arresting a pair of motorists on drunk-driving charges. According to police reports, shortly after 10:30 p.m. on Saturday night, Mamaroneck resident Katsuo Katano, 61, was arrested after getting into an accident on Mamaroneck Road.
