Two Westchester Properties Nominated As Historic Places

Two properties in Westchester County were among the 22 nominated recently for inclusion to the State and National Registers of Historic Places. The Skinny House, in Mamaroneck, was built by prominent African-American carpenter and building contractor Nathan Thomas Seely.
